The company is part of the Shriram Group and supplies to major original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) in the automotive sector.
Business Challenges ​
Every Department at company prepares a proposal (Manual in Word Document) for carrying out investment required to meet some specific demands. This proposal moves thru various departments for taking their approval before it goes to final approving authority for approving the investment. Sometimes this proposal lost during the transaction and /or comments raised by various functions are not captured. To overcome these bottle necks and facilitate department / function in simplification of office procedures, a need was felt to develop a Web Based Collaborative Workflow application to automate the entire process.
