Business Challenges
- The existing eCommerce portal had a bounce rate of approximately 75 %, which on assessing was accounted to improper architecture and UI/UX design, bugs in the code, unnecessary plugins, and issues in functionality of the Magneto 1.9.
- Company wanted to migrate their eCommerce portal from existing 1.9 version to latest Magneto, in order to support its latest digital commerce activities.
- The existing site was having the security issues and road map was to make the presence internationally without compromising on the site performance & Security.
Solution
A custom enterprise E-commerce Portal was developed using Magneto 2 with integrated Payment Gateway and third-party loyalty system. Custom reports, ticket and help desk system, modules for promotional activities were developed to support modern eCommerce requirements of the Company
