Manual, email- and spreadsheet-driven quotation processes are a common bottleneck for large equipment manufacturers — inquiries can sit in someone’s inbox for days before a formal quote is generated, and tracking approval status across multiple stakeholders is difficult without a structured system.
Solution
- Built a digital quotation automation platform on Microsoft .NET and MS SQL Server, with an Angular front end
- Covers the process from initial inquiry capture through structured quote generation to a defined approval workflow
- Replaced an ad hoc, manual process with a trackable, end-to-end digital system
