Business Challenges
Building a multi-module SaaS platform covering both physical environment monitoring (air quality, surface hygiene, water quality) and workplace experience tools (visitor check-in, meeting rooms, seat booking) requires an architecture that can scale independently across very different product lines — sensor-driven monitoring on one side, transactional workplace tools on the other — while remaining a single, coherent platform for the end customer.

- Built on a Java Spring Boot backend with Kong as the API gateway, enabling each product module (Hygieneo air quality monitoring, surface hygiene monitoring, environmental quality monitoring, potable water monitoring) to scale independently
